I completed this simple temple interior for my Game Creation 1 final at Gnomon - coming from a film pipeline, I took the class because I needed an opportunity to familiarise myself with scene-building in Unreal Engine. Rather than focus on details like I usually tend to do, I wanted to shift my focus in quickly and efficiently establishing a sense of weight and atmosphere in the scene. This is done using lighting, decals, scale, and deliberate areas of focus.
The sculptures are made in Zbrush, all assets textured in Substance Painter, and rendered in Unreal Engine 4.
